Our business venture is all about openness, trust and honesty. We want to offer competitive and affordable leather products to our customers. In order to meet our customer demand and industry standard, we are working with some of the best manufacturing companies in Pakistan. Pakistan has earned a name for itself in the leather industry and is the 10th largest producer of leather products in the world. Dera Dore aims to produce and manufacture our leather products in a socially responsible and ethical manner. We not only want to take care of our customers but also our workers and most importantly the environment around us. 

We work with three to four manufacturers in Pakistan and they have created a fame in their respective area of expertise. All our manufacturers use and purchase their leather with LWG (Leather Working Group) certified tanneries in Pakistan. LWG inspect the leather tanneries from time to time and has the authority to revoke their certificate if the tanneries do not meet the industry standard. Thus, our customers can count on us when it comes to the ethical standards of our leather product material. 

Further, we are against child labour and we strictly avoid such practices. Two and half decades ago, child labour was a huge issue in many Asian countries but nowadays the governments themselves are against such practices and have imposed many regulations and restrictions in this regard. The labour department and other human rights groups keep close eye on such practices and report such issues from time to time. Therefore, we have seen huge improvements in this regard and child labour is non-existent in the manufacturing companies with whom we are working. Further, the government has imposed a minimum wage rate for workers who work in the manufacturing companies. This improves the workers' condition profoundly and at the same time prevents worker’s exploitation. 

Therefore, we ensure our customers have trust and confidence in their buying decision when it comes to our leather products. We want our customers to be proud and feel different than others.
