Our ONE YEAR Warranty Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before proceeding for the warranty claims.


Our ONE YEAR warranty includes the following terms and conditions.


  1. Not all our products offer warranties. Only the one where it is specifically mentioned in the description can be referred to as a product with warranty. 


  1. We offer a One Year warranty for material and stitching damages. 


  1. The customer must return the product with the original receipt or other possible proof to claim the one year warranty. 


  1. The warranty starts from the date our customer receives his/her product upon purchase.  


  1. Damages caused by human errors i.e. overloading the product capacity, causing friction with sharp material, ironing etc. are not included in the one year warranty. 


  1. 100% real leather products are not waterproof or water resistant and can be damage upon excessive exposure to water or rainy conditions. Thus, damages due to excessive water or moisture exposure is not included in the warranty.  


  1. Excessive exposure or close contact with heat or hot objects can result in damages. Such damages are not included in our ONE YEAR warranty. Therefore, we recommend you to keep your leather product away from excessive exposure or close contact with heat.   


  1. Further, ironing a leather product is not recommended as heat exposure can easily damage a real leather product. 


  1. Last but not the least, the Dera Dore customer care service team will make a close observation of the damaged product and will make a decision. If the damage has happened because of the leather material or stitching or manufacturing errors etc. then we will happily accept the damaged product. The customer will be helped with the repair work, if that’s not possible then our team will offer the customer a new product. Sometimes it’s not possible to repair the product or the product might be sold out and if the customer insists as well then he or she will be fully refunded for the damaged product.   



Apart from that, Dera Dore advises its customers to use leather care or leather polishing products and apply it on the leather products as recommended at least twice a year. This way and with good care, your real leather product can easily last from FIVE to TEN years.
