Dera Dore Exchange Policy 

Dera Dore understands that sometimes it's difficult for customers to choose their desired product or the product colour and size in that regard. Dera Dore is always committed to help its customers in that regard. For that matter, we have certain terms and conditions  in order to be eligible for the product that our customers wish to exchange. 


  • Dore Dore accepts exchange of products only if the customers ask for exchange of colour or size in the same product category. Further, it also depends on the availability of the desired colour or size of the product.   

 

  • Dore Dore doesn't accept the exchange of a product with another product that is completely different in all aspects. If that is the case then we would advise our customer to return the product that they purchased within 30 days and place a new order for the product that they would like to buy. 

 

  • The customers can ask for an exchange of products within 30 days. 

 

  • For the product to be exchanged, the customer must inform our customer service within 30 days of the receipt. 

 

  • The customer should not use the product and must return it in the original condition with tags etc. attached.  

 

  • The product should not be damaged or in used condition. 

 

  • Last but not the least, our customer service team will thoroughly examine the return product for exchange. If the product is accepted for the exchange, then our team will dispatch the new product with a desired colour or size. 


Dera Dore Return Policy

If you purchase a product with Dera Dore and somehow you find it damaged or in a bad condition, then don’t worry, you can easily return the product. Before you proceed to return the product, please read our terms and conditions carefully. 


Dera Dore product’s RETURN POLICY has the following terms and conditions. 


  • Dera Dore accepts the return of any product within 30 days after the purchase. 

 

  • Our customer must inform the Dera Dore Customer Service team before dispatching the product for return.

 

  • The return product must be in good and original conditions with tags etc. attached.

 

  • Product in used or damaged conditions is not eligible for return.

 

  • The customers must provide a proof of buying the product with Dera Dore which is not older than 30 days. The proof can be electronic receipts or bank account details etc. 

 

  • Product return after 30 days of the receipt is not eligible for return. 

 

  • Customers can also return a product if the product purchased is found damaged etc. upon delivery. In that case, the customer should immediately put the product back in the same box and inform our customer service team as soon as possible. In addition, the customer should send us photos of damaged products. This will help us to assess the damaged product as soon as possible. 

 

  • Our customers from the European Union can return the product free of charges. If the customer within the EU pays for the postal service by themselves then they should send the receipt / bill to our customer service team. They will get the refund and postal service charges from Dera Dore with immediate effect.

 

  • Customers outside the EU will have to pay by themselves for the return product. All shipping cost for the return product is the responsibility of the customers. If they have to fill the custom forms, then they should clearly mention on the custom forms as “RETURN GOODS” as Dera Dore is not responsible for the return product’s custom fee. Therefore, any custom clearance fee for the return product is the responsibility of the customer and Dera Dore has to deduct such fee from the refundable amount.

 

We encourage our customers to select their products carefully while making the final decision. Returning a product is an annoying experience for both customers and the company itself. It is also not good for the environment and the economy as it requires extra resources to carry out such activities. Therefore, it is always advised to carefully select your product or ask our customer service team for help if you have questions about our products.
