How can we contact Dera Dore?

Can we exchange a product?
You can only exchange the same product that is available in different colors and sizes. So, if you want the same product in a different colour or size then you can exchange the product. The product must be the same but can only vary in colour or size. You can not exchange a product with a completely different product. That is not possible. In that case, you must return the purchased product within 30 days after the receipt and place a new order for the product that the customer wants. Further, the product already purchased must be returned in good and original condition with tags etc. attached. A damaged product is not eligible for exchange. Can we return a product?
You can always return a product after the purchase but it’s important that you return the product within 30 days after the receipt. Before you proceed to return a product, please read our terms and conditions carefully regarding our Return Policy.
Does Dera Dore offer warranty for its products?
We have a warranty of ONE YEAR for our certain products i.e. our handmade wallets. We must clarify that we do not offer warranty for all of our products. We have clearly mentioned it in the descriptions for all the products on our website for whom we offer a One Year warranty. We advise our customers to read our ONE YEAR warranty’ terms and conditions before they proceed to claim a warranty. If your product stitching or material got damaged within the one year warranty time and in addition, fulfills the warranty terms and conditions, Dera Dore will either fully refund you or offer a brand new product in exchange for the damaged one. Our customer service team will examine the product carefully and will take the final decision regarding the one year warranty claim.

Dera Dore works with some of the very well known and skilful workers and manufacturing companies in Pakistan. Pakistan is the 10th largest producer of leather products in the world. Dera Dore works with famous leather manufacturers in Pakistan that have created a name for themselves in the past decade. We do not compromise on the quality of our leather products and therefore, our customers should be confident about their buying decision with Dera Dore.
What payment method does Dera Dore accept?
Dera Dore accepts multiple payment methods to both the European and international customers. We accept iDeal, PayPal, Master card, Visa card, American Express, Klarna etc. payment methods.
